Drop Party Empty Drop Party

here is my proposal.

We WILL be having a drop party, it just depends on how long it will take for us to get to it.

here is how we will get the drop party.

1. - Rune Locus Votes
If we get 50 Runelocus votes, We will have a drop party!

2. - Players online at once
If we get 20 players online at one time, any staff member is online, we WILL have a drop party!

3. - BOTH
IF we get 50 Runelocus votes, AND 20 players online at one time, with any staff member online, we will have a double sized drop party!
