Fireend's Server Staff Application

My Name is Jake.
My In-Game-Name is Fireend.
I am 15 years old.
I've been on this server/forum for server 1.2 weeks, forum, 1 or 2 days less.
I'd like to become part of the In-Game Staff because I feel I have a good grasp of what is intended to happen in this server regarding newcomers, rules, activities. Also I can answer any question anyone has about the server.
In return for you giving me Staff I will make all our newcomers feel welcomed, make sure no one is being mean and making others feel excluded or bad, and of course report or stop any cheating going on (especially that which could ruin the economy or other important aspect of the game).
If I am denied I will get an even BETTER understanding of the server and what goes on, and how people should act, etc. Then try again.
If I am Accepted the first thing I will do is answer any question out 2 recent newcomers have, and give them a little tour of what there is in the server. There has been tense relations between a few of our members, I will also try to work things out in that area too.
I should get a staff position because I'm kind, generous, and can dedicate a great amount of time to making the server better, and improving its social environment.
